Kids Plume Jacket in Snow

This feather jacket is cropped just above the waist, featuring 3/4 length sleeves.
This jacket is made from gorgeous feather materials which does add volume and often this can result in a larger fitting coat, especially for smaller children. So it is our recommendation for smaller framed or younger children we would suggest the bolero style in the same material that ends up being a better overall fit.

Keep in mind satin lining provides little give, so we suggest ordering up if in between sizes.

Our feather material can be a little delicate so these garments do need to be handled with care.
Wherever possible, avoid any friction on the outer feathers.
We recommend when travelling, turning the garment inside out – to preserve feather quality.
We recommend professional dry clean only, however a clean damp cloth or baby wipe will suffice for spot cleaning.
A very gentle clothes steamer can be used to freshen garment from a distance to help fluff the feathers. If travelling, hanging the garment in the shower with residual steam will aid in freshening the feathers also.
Do not iron.
Do not tumble dry.
Keep stored away from direct sunlight to prevent discolouration.

If we have your specified item/s on hand, we will despatch garments once final payment has been received. You will then receive email confirmation and shipping/tracking details. Please note that despatch may take longer during busy periods.

If the requested item/s is found to be out of stock, we are more than happy to recommend a suitable replacement for your customer or place your preferred garment on order with our production team. The manufacturing of backordered garments can take between 4-6 weeks, where you will be notified upon completion.

Express delivery for urgent customer orders must be approved by our wholesale team and may incur an additional charge.

Returns Policy

If you decide your original order is not for you for any reason, we will happily accept a return of any full priced item given the following conditions:
- A returns request has been made within 7 days of delivery.

- Your returned item has been sent within 3 days of return request approval by trackable post.

- Items must be unused, with all tags still attached and in its branded packaging.

- Items must be free from makeup and perfume (so please be cautious when trying your garments on).

Return postage charges are the responsibility of the sender, unless the garment is faulty in which case please email: enquiries@modeandaffaire.com

Items purchased during a Promotional Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for a return request.

Exchanges 

For EXCHANGES please write in the notes section which item you would like to exchange for. Any items in stock will be sent within 7 days or receiving your return. For back ordered items, you will be contacted with the expected date of delivery.

Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed once it's been received.

Mode & Affaire reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet our returns policy, which is in keeping with Fair Trading Laws. 

Duties & Taxes

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. 

As you may be required to pay duties or import tax, it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, a restocking fee and any shipping and delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
