Our high-grade faux fur material is surprisingly resilient when it comes to spills and marks. We recommend cleaning the garment with a damp cloth or baby wipe for spot cleaning isolated marks. This will work a treat!
You shouldn’t have to fully clean the garment, however if you do; professional dry clean is recommended.
Do not wash.
Do not iron.
Do not tumble try.
A brush can be used to gently freshen up the faux fur.
Keep stored away from direct sunlight to prevent discolouration.

We ship using Australia Post. Please be advised that even when choosing express post, delays are out of our control and often can be expected. So unfortunately no definite delivery date can ever be guaranteed.

Delivery times vary depending on destination for our International customers, so keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking details. 

Once your order has been shipped by our team you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email will contain your tracking information so you can track exactly when to expect delivery.  

*Please be advised that shipping to PO Box and Parcel Locker is not available via our Express Shipping provider so instead will be sent via Standard Shipping.

Important Note: M&A will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to M&A, only the paid purchase price of the garment will be refunded and an unclaimed fee may be deducted. Please contact your customs department for more information on duties and taxes.

If the dress isn't perfect you can absolutely return this for a refund or exchange for another size. Customers in Australia and United States have the option of including a "Free Returns" option at the checkout. If this option is not checked, or if the customers are in another country, they will need to pay for the return shipping.
