We offer exchanges on sizes or store credit on sale items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. No refunds on discounted pieces — it’s sale season, not second-guess season.

If it’s in stock, it’s flying out from our Western Australia studio within 2-3 business days. If your order includes a made-to-order or back-ordered item, we’ll contact you. Those babies are custom-crafted and can take approx. 3–6 weeks (but always worth the wait).
