Crafted from luxuriously soft raccoon fur, Aster falls in a dramatic longline silhouette designed to make an entrance. But what makes her truly special is the way she's made.
Rather than a traditional lined construction, individual strips of fur are carefully cut and hand-woven through a knitted netted base. The result? A coat that's beautifully lightweight and fluid despite all that fabulous fluff — with an inside that's just as beautiful as the outside.
The Snow With Flecks colourway combines creamy winter white with natural darker flecks throughout, giving every coat its own unique character. No two are exactly alike.

A note on shedding:
We want our Queens to know exactly what to expect from their Aster.
To achieve the beautiful Snow With Flecks finish, the fur undergoes a lightening process. This makes the fibres more delicate than our darker colourways and, combined with Aster's hand-cut and hand-woven construction, means you should expect noticeable shedding when your coat is new.
This initial shedding is completely normal. As the loose fibres from the cutting and weaving process naturally release through wear, the shedding then reduces significantly and your Aster settles beautifully.
She's a little high maintenance when you first meet her.

If we have your specified item/s on hand, we will despatch garments once final payment has been received. You will then receive email confirmation and shipping/tracking details. Please note that despatch may take longer during busy periods.
If the requested item/s is found to be out of stock, we are more than happy to recommend a suitable replacement for your customer or place your preferred garment on order with our production team. The manufacturing of backordered garments can take between 4-6 weeks, where you will be notified upon completion.
Express delivery for urgent customer orders must be approved by our wholesale team and may incur an additional charge.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns Policy
If you decide your original order is not for you for any reason, we will happily accept a return of any full priced item given the following conditions:
- A returns request has been made within 7 days of delivery.
- Your returned item has been sent within 3 days of return request approval by trackable post.
- Items must be unused, with all tags still attached and in its branded packaging.
- Items must be free from makeup and perfume (so please be cautious when trying your garments on).
Return postage charges are the responsibility of the sender, unless the garment is faulty in which case please email: enquiries@modeandaffaire.com
Items purchased during a Promotional Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for a return request.
Exchanges
For EXCHANGES please write in the notes section which item you would like to exchange for. Any items in stock will be sent within 7 days or receiving your return. For back ordered items, you will be contacted with the expected date of delivery.
Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed once it's been received.
Mode & Affaire reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet our returns policy, which is in keeping with Fair Trading Laws.
Duties & Taxes
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials.
As you may be required to pay duties or import tax, it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, a restocking fee and any shipping and delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
